Himanil Raina

Himanil Raina is a BA, LLB (Hons.) graduate of the NALSAR University of Law. He is currently working at the National Maritime Foundation (Delhi, India) as a Research Associate where he works on Military Theory and Doctrines, Strategy, Joint Operations, Irregular Warfare, and International Order and International law.
