The Jersey Lifeboat Association (JLA) recently took delivery of a new rigid inflatable boat (RIB).

Built by Gemini Marine, the new lifeboat has two Mercury outboards, a Raymarine radar, and a camera with 360-degree rotation.

The JLA said the newbuild will be the fastest inshore rescue vessel in operation in the Channel Islands. It will begin operations during the current summer boating season in Jersey.
