Safehaven Marine has received an order from River Plate Pilots of Uruguay for a new self-righting pilot boat for operations at the Port of Montevideo.
The vessel will have an LOA of 15 metres, a beam of 4.4 metres, a draught of 1.35 metres, seating for up to eight pilots, and twin Volvo D13 372kW engines that will deliver a speed of 25 knots.
Delivery is scheduled for late 2020.
