The Montrose Port Authority, a port operator based on the east coast of Scotland, has awarded Irish boatbuilder Safehaven Marine a contract for a new all-weather pilot boat.

The 15-metre vessel will be powered by two MAN IMO Tier III-compliant engines that each produce 372 kW.

The boat will be delivered in August 2022.
