From Baird Maritime:
Otherwise known as the "Sydney Yachting Museum", the ANMM remains a big disappointment to commercial mariners and serious maritime history buffs. Having visited the place on four occasions since it opened, your reviewer becomes increasingly depressed by the misguided focus and the "dumbed down" approach of the ANMM.
Probably adequate for the kids and yachting and Australian naval fanatics but a long way from world class. Even the surrounding restaurants are high priced and low quality. Not worth the effort or expense of a visit.
