A secondhand ASD tug acquired from an operator in the Netherlands has been inaugurated into Svitzer's fleet of vessels operating out of the UK port of Southampton.
Originally delivered by Damen in 2014, the 32- by 12-metre Mercurius has been renamed Svitzer Mercurius and reflagged to the UK.
The tug is the sixth vessel to join Svitzer's Southampton fleet.
