Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK), a subsidiary of Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina, has added a new dual-fuel LNG harbour tug to its fleet of vessels.

Built at PaxOcean's shipyard in Batam, the 3,700kW ASD tug Transko Rawajali is one of the first dual-fuel LNG vessels to operate in Indonesia as well as the first dual-fuel LNG vessel to be acquired by PTK.

PTK will operate the vessel in support of Perta Arun Gas, a sister company under the Pertamina Group.
