Philippine tug operator Harbor Star Shipping Services has begun providing ship assist services under a new contract with local bulk grains and commodities company Mariveles Grains Corporation.
The contract calls for ship assist services in and around the Mariveles Grains terminal in Bataan province.
Harbor Star will support Mariveles Grains' operations for a firm period of two years.
