Damen delivers two vessels to UAE port operator

Damen Shipyards Group has delivered two new vessels to UAE operator RAK Ports.

Now operating as part of the RAK Ports fleet are a 19-metre multi-purpose workboat named Hobby and a 19-metre tug named Hawk (pictured). Hobby will be used for general port assistance and buoy maintenance at the Ras al Khaimah Cruise Terminal while Hawk will service barges in Stevin Rock Harbour just outside Saqr Port.

The newbuilds are the ninth and tenth vessels that Damen has delivered to RAK Ports.
