Boluda Towage, through subsidiary Boluda Towage France, has formed a new operating venture with the Autonomous Port of Nouakchott Port de l'Amitie (PANPA) of Mauritania.
The Society of Maritime Services of Nouakchott (SSMN) will provide towing, mooring, and pilotage services in the port, which is located near Mauritania's capital of Nouakchott.
The new business entity will formally begin operations on November 1, 2021.
