Triton, current sole shareholder of Nordic Tankers (NT), will sell 100 per cent of its shares of NT to MOL's Singapore-based subsidiary MOL Chemical Tankers (MOLCT) with effect from the beginning of February 2019.
NT will be consequently renamed to MOL Nordic Tankers (MOLNT).
The acquisition will add 19 deep-sea stainless steel-chemical tankers to MOLCT's current fleet of 56 vessels.
