TOP Ships has received indicative terms from financial institutions for the financing of the three ships it has under construction at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea.
Eco California, Eco Bel Air and Eco Beverly Hills, are expected to be delivered in January, April and May 2019 respectively.
TOP Ships says the vessels already have time charters attached.
TOP Ships has also terminated its equity distribution agreement with Maxim Group providing for its "at-the-market" equity offering program.
