Saudi shipowner Bahri has placed an order for 10 newbuilding MR chemical tankers in a series from South Korea's Hyundai Mipo Dockyard.
The total order for the vessels, each of which will have a deadweight of nearly 50,000 tonnes, has an approximate value of US$410 million.
Initial deliveries are scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.
