SFL Corporation has agreed to sell its seven handysize dry bulk vessels to an Asia-based buyer for an aggregate price of approximately US$100 million.

SFL expects delivery of the vessels to take place before the end of 2021.

The vessels have cargo capacities of between 32,000 and 34,000 DWT and have been employed in the spot market in the last five years, after redelivery from their initial charters.
