The US Navy's Military Sealift Command has awarded a time charter contract to American Roll-on Roll-off Carrier (ARC) for the charter of the vehicle carrier Resolve.
On July 4, to mark commencement of the charter, the vessel sailed for Ash Shuaiba, Kuwait, carrying military cargo loaded by the US Army's Transportation Branch in Charleston, South Carolina.
The charter for Resolve has a firm period of 38 days.
