Nantong COSCO KHI Ship Engineering (NACKS) delivered a new bulk carrier to MK Centennial Maritime on Thursday, July 2.
Named Green Genie, the LR-classed newbuild has an LOA of 199.9 metres, a moulded beam of 32.24 metres, a draught of 13 metres, a deadweight of 61,202 tonnes, four 30-tonne deck cranes, and five cargo holds with a total capacity of 77,539 cubic metres.
One MAN B&W 6S50-B9.3 8,130kW engine delivers a speed of approximately 14.5 knots.
