Marubeni Corporation and Torvald Klaveness have agreed to establish MaruKlav Management, a joint shipping pool managing a global fleet of Panamax bulk carriers.
The pool will have around 30 vessels and is expected to commence operations on April 1, 2020.
MaruKlav's vessels will be managed out of Klaveness' Oslo, Singapore, and Dubai offices.
