Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard launched the Pola Fiva, the fifth Project RSD59 dry cargo carrier, on Friday, September 21.
Pola Fiva is built to an order of State Transport Leasing Company for shipping company Pola Rise.
The 140.88- by 16.98-metre, 5,128DWT (river) vessel is a self-propelled, dry-cargo single-deck vessel with two cargo holds.
It is intended for transport of general and bulk cargoes, packaged sawn timber, roundwood, scrap metal, metal in bundles and rolls, large, long and heavy cargoes, coal, dangerous goods, and goods of category "B."
