Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into an agreement to sell the 2005-built Panamax dry bulk vessel Calipso to an unaffiliated third party.
The vessel was sold for a consideration of US$7.275 million before commissions.
Delivery of Calipso to its new owners is scheduled to be completed before January 30.
