Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with C Transport Maritime of Bermuda for one of its Capesize dry bulk vessels, the 179,134DWT P. S. Palios.
The charter is for a period of 13 months to maximum 15 months.
P. S. Palios began sailing under the time charter on Tuesday, March 24.
