Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with SwissMarine of Singapore for one of its Post-Panamax dry bulk vessels, the 98,697DWT Amphitrite.
The charter period has a minimum of 13 months and a maximum of 15 months.
The charter commenced on Saturday, March 21.
