Yang Ming welcomes 2,800TEU vessel to fleet

Taiwan's Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation recently took delivery of a new 2,800TEU container vessel.

The BV-classed YM Constancy is the eighth in a series of 10 vessels built by local shipyard CSBC Corporation. It has a length of 209.75 metres, a beam of 32.8 metres, a draught of 11.2 metres, a nominal capacity of 2,940 TEUs, and 353 plugs for reefer containers.

YM Constancy will be deployed on Yang Ming's JTS intra-Asia service from April 1.
