Singapore-based Pacific International Lines (PIL) is set to launch a new cargo service between China and India.
Dubbed the China India Express (CIX), the new service will provide a direct service from Tianjin and Qingdao in northern China and Kaohsiung in Taiwan into India's West Coast and Sri Lanka, calling Nhava Sheva, Mundra, and Colombo. Port calls will also be scheduled at Singapore and Port Klang in Malaysia.
The new service's maiden voyage is scheduled for Friday, June 5.
