The Philippine Ports Authority has awarded International Container Terminal Services (ICTSI) a 25-year concession contract to develop and operate the Iloilo Commercial Port Complex (ICPC) in Iloilo province in the Philippines' Western Visayas region.

The facility will operate under the name Visayas Container Terminal (VCT) following its hand-over to ICTSI. It currently has has 627 metres of operational quay length and 20 hectares of land for container and general cargo storage, warehousing, and other cargo handling activities.

ICTSI said that the port is a critical gateway for trade in Western Visayas. However, capacity efficiency constraints have hampered the facility's full potential.
