Jiangnan Shipyard begins building fifth 2,200TEU vessel for Maersk Line

China's Jiangnan Shipyard has begun construction on the final one of five 2,200TEU vessels ordered from the company by Maersk Line.

The CCS-classed vessel will have an LOA of 172 metres, a beam of 32.2 metres, and three 40-tonne cranes.

The vessel's total container capacity will include cold storage for up to 396 FEUs.
