Jiangnan Shipyard has won an order for five 2,200TEU containerships, plus options for five more, from Maersk Line.
Each ship will have an LOA of 172 metres, a width of 32.2 metres, and three 36-tonne cranes.
The containerships will all be designed by the 708 Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC).
