Hapag-Lloyd to invest in JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven

Hapag-Lloyd will acquire a 30 per cent stake in Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven (CTW) and 50 per cent of the shares of Rail Terminal Wilhelmshaven (RTW) at JadeWeserPort.

The terminal operator Eurogate will continue to hold the remaining shares. The parties have also agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Hapag-Lloyd expects contract closing within a few months subject to approval by German antitrust authorities.
