On July 17, Yaroslavsky Shipbuilding launched a Svetlyak-class vessel for Project 10410.

Balaklava is a patrol boat being built for the Crimean coast guard division of Russia's Federal Security Service.

After necessary work is carried out, the vessel will be sent to Sevastopol for completion, followed by delivery.

With a displacement of 375 tonnes and a length of almost 50 metres, the vessel will be able to travel at speeds of at least 28 knots.

The vessel is due for delivery later this year.
