Viking Life-Saving Equipment has won a tender to supply the Hellenic Army with a new daughter craft optimised for patrol and search and rescue (SAR) missions.
The open-top rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) will have a length of 12 metres, a beam of 3.5 metres, and three Mercury Verado 400 outboard engines that will deliver a maximum speed of 65 knots.
The vessel will be operated by the Hellenic Army's special operations forces.
