The Philippine National Police (PNP) recently took delivery of 21 high-speed patrol craft in a series from local boatbuilder Safehull Marine Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Propmech Corporation.

The 12-metre-long boats comprise the remainder of a 28-vessel order placed by the agency. The first seven units of that order were delivered in 2018.

Each patrol craft has three Honda outboard motors delivering a maximum speed of 45 knots.

The vessels will be operated by the PNP Maritime Group (PNP-MG) in the southern Philippine region of Mindanao.
