Patrol boat delivered to Nigerian security company

Lagos, Nigeria-based marine services and security consultancy Bricks has taken delivery of a new aluminium-hulled patrol boat built by Nautic Africa of Cape Town, South Africa.

Tuguemi is the fifth vessel in a series to be built by Nautic for Bricks. It has a length of 35 metres, a maximum speed of 28 knots, a range of 1,150 nautical miles, and ballistic protection for the wheelhouse and the deckhouse.

The vessel will sail under the Nigerian flag and will be used for anti-piracy patrols in the Gulf of Guinea.
