Chinese shipyard launches patrol vessel slated for Hainan Free Trade Port

Jianglong Shipbuilding has launched a new steel-aluminium patrol vessel ordered by the China Maritime Safety Administration (CMSA).

Once completed, Hai Xun 11108 will have an LOA of 33.2 metres, a beam of six metres, and two main engines that will deliver a speed of 21.5 knots.

The vessel will be assigned to the CMSA office in Hainan province. Its area of responsibility will be the waters surrounding the Hainan Free Trade Port.
