Baltic Workboats delivers final one of three 24m patrol boats to German customs service

Baltic Workboats has delivered the final unit of three patrol boats in a series to the German Federal Customs Service.

Named Darss, the vessel has an aluminium hull, a length of 24 metres, a displacement of 55 tonnes, a crew of six, and a speed of 24 knots courtesy of two MTU 8V2000M72 720kW engines.

Darss will join sisters Bremen and Gelting in operating in the Baltic and North Seas.
