Swedish news outlet SVT Nyheter reports that the Swedish government will hand over ten fast assault craft to Ukraine as part of a military aid package.

The vessels to be handed over are all CB90-class fast interceptors originally built by Dockstavarvet for the Swedish Armed Forces.

The military aid package, which also includes artillery rounds and anti-tank missiles, is the fifteenth to be supplied by Sweden to Ukraine since the start of the latter's ongoing conflict with Russia. The package is also the largest so far with an estimated total value of approximately SEK7.1 billion, (US$685.4 million).
