Starlite Ferries, a subsidiary of Filipino conglomerate Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corporation (CLC), has taken delivery of a new Ro-Pax vessel from Japan's Kegoya Dock.
Starlite Venus has a length of 98 metres and capacity for 740 passengers and 28 vehicles.
The newbuild is the second of two ferries in a series ordered by CLC. The first vessel, Trans-Asia 20, is operated by Starlite's sister company Trans-Asia Shipping Lines (TASLI).
