New ferry service to connect Korea, Japan and Russia

A new ferry service connecting Korea, Japan and Russia will launch in April.

South Korean firm Dae-A Express Shipping's subsidiary, DBS Cruiseferry, will launch the service, deploying the 1993-built 'Queen Coral'. The vessel, which was bought for this purpose, has a capacity of 500 passengers, 122 cars and 236TEU.

'Queen Coral' will sail from Donghae in Korea and call at Vladivostock in Russia and Sakaiminato in Japan.
