United Shipbuilding Corporation's (USC) Sredne-Nevsky Shipbuilding Plant has laid the keel for the first of two river cruise ships to be built under Project A45-90.2.

The 245-passenger vessel will be named after Andrey Dubenskiy, who had founded the Eastern Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk in 1628.

Delivery of Andrey Dubenskiy is scheduled for 2023 while its yet unnamed sister will follow in 2024. Both vessels will be operated by State Transport Leasing Company.
