Croatia's DIV Group has entered into an agreement to take over Norwegian shipyard Kleven Verft from Hurtigruten.

The agreement with Hurtigruten stipulates that Kleven Verft will continue to operate under its present name as a separate company but as part of the DIV Group, which also owns Croatian shipbuilder Brodosplit.

The transaction is subject to a final documentation process, which is expected to be finalised during the next few weeks.
