Chantier Naval de Marseille has completed the interior refit for Costa Cruises' Costa Magica and has started to upgrade various areas for Costa Pacifica.

Costa Magica, which left the French shipbuilder's Forme 10 dock at the port of Marseille Fos on November 25, has a renovated spa and gym area with a new sauna, thalassotherapy and relaxation space.

Two of its restaurants have been updated and a gelateria added.

Costa Pacifica entered dry dock on November 26 and will leave on December 7 with new digital signage and high-resolution monitors and interactive screens to help guests navigate the ship.

The ship will also be fitted with a pizzeria and gelateria.
