Sentinel Marine has taken delivery of an emergency response and rescue vessel from Cosco Guangzhou shipyard in China.

The British-flagged vessel will be the eighth of Sentinel's new fleet of ERRVs to enter operation, with one more currently under construction.

Bailey Sentinel is 62 metres long by 15.5 metres wide with a draught of 4.6 metres. It has a gross tonnage of 1,900 tonnes and deadweight of 1,500 tonnes.

It has a clear deck area of 400 square metres and deck cargo capacity of 600 tonnes. The vessel can accommodate a crew of up to 26.
