Singapore company Ezion Holdings, through wholly owned subsidiary Teras Pneuma, has entered into a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with British Virgin Islands-based EBO Investment Holdings regarding the sail of the self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel Teras Ocean.

The vessel will be sold for a total cash consideration of US$18.5 million.
