World Marine Offshore acquires all vessels, activities of KEM

World Marine Offshore has acquired all vessels and activities from KEM Offshore.

Newly formed entity WMO Support, a stand-alone company within the World Marine Offshore Group, will acquire KEM's existing fleet of eight offshore wind support vessels.

The fleet will be operated and managed on day-to-day from WMO Support's offices in Denmark and Germany. All existing contracts and operations will be transferred with the vessels.
