Towage specialist Boluda France and UK-based vessel operator High Speed Transfers (HST) have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding the establishment of a new joint venture company that will provide crew transfer services and related offshore support.
The new company will utilise HST's fleet of seven crewboats and Boluda France's tugs and service vessels as well as its operational bases in Saint-Nazaire, La Rochelle, Brest, La Havre, Dunkirk, and Marseille-Fos.
The joint venture will primarily serve clients in the French offshore wind market.
