Petrobras has declared one-year options to extend the contracts for two anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels operated by Solstad Offshore.
The contracts for Far Santana (pictured) and Far Scout are now firm up to the third quarter of 2020.
Far Santana and Far Scout, both of which are equipped with ROVs suitable for 3,000 metres water depth, have been supporting Petrobras' exploration and production operations on the Brazilian continental shelf since 2017 and 2018, respectively.
