Singapore-based Ezion Holdings has entered into an agreement to sell the anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel Teras Genesis to local marine services provider Astro Offshore.
The vessel, which is currently operated by Ezion subsidiary Teras Offshore, will be sold for a cash consideration of US$2.25 million.
The sale of Teras Genesis is in line with Ezion's goal of streamlining its operations by divesting of its offshore support fleet and focusing on liftboats.
