Netherlands-based SeaMar Group has acquired Alaborg Offshore Services, a local shipowning and logistics company.
The acquisition also covers Alaborg's entire fleet of standby safety vessels consisting of Pelican I (pictured), Alaborg, and Alcedo.
The new additions to the SeaMar fleet will be primarily deployed to serve customers in the offshore wind market.
