Perestroika divests DOF shares in $17 million Møgster Offshore deal

Møgster Offshore and investment company Perestroika have entered into a capital increase agreement.

Perestroika has transferred its 138,500,000 shares in DOF to Møgster Offshore as contribution in kind to the capital increase in Møgster Offshore.

The transaction is valued around US$17 million.

The Møgster group is the primary owner of DOF, which provides offshore service vessels and service to the subsea market.

Founded in 1981 and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 1997, DOF include platform supply vessels, anchor handling tug supply vessels and construction support vessels.

After the transaction, Møgster Offshore will own 58.02 per cent of DOF share capital today and 47.4 per cent on a fully diluted basis.
