Norwegian shipping company Norside has taken ownership of Farland, a platform supply vessel (PSV) formerly operated by Blue Ship Invest.

The 2016-built PSV will undergo conversion that will enable it to operate as a walk-to-work vessel to support customers in the offshore wind market. Modifications will include the installation of a battery package, a gangway, cranes, and a new accommodation module to increase the vessel's capacity from 22 personnel to 60.

The vessel will operate under the new name Norside Cetus.
