Siem Offshore awarded 15-month contract for OSCV

Norway's Siem Offshore has been awarded a 15-month contract with six one-month options for the offshore subsea construction vessel (OSCV) Siem Barracuda for operation within the renewable energy market.

The vessel will commence operation in November 2018.

The 2013-built Siem Barracuda has an LOA of 120.8 metres, a width of 22 metres, and a draught of 6.6 metres. There is onboard accommodation for 110 and a cargo deck area of 1,300 square metres.
