Oceanteam Bourbon 4, a 50:50 joint venture owned by Netherlands-based Oceanteam and Bourbon Offshore Norway, has entered into a memorandum of agreement regarding the sale of the construction support vessel (CSV) Southern Ocean.
Oceanteam said the sale remains subject to customary conditions and is expected to be completed in April 2021.
The CSV will be sold to an undisclosed operator.
